Sommelier Villa Ishigaki, which opened in July 2021, is a private resort villa limited to one group per day, with a large ocean-view outdoor pool featuring a wall that shines in the brilliant sun of Ishigaki Island and red Ryukyu tiles.

What is Sommelier Villa Ishigaki?

This villa is owned by an importer who operates a wine shop sommelier. A sommelier's job is to "provide the best time through wine" to customers. Like such a sommelier, we would like to support each person who visits our villa so that they can spend the "best time".

That's why I named it Sommelier Villa.

I will do my best to help you so that your trip will be filled with happiness.

The biggest attraction is the private swimming pool

Open-air garden overlooking Nagura Bay, with one of the largest outdoor swimming pools in the area!
It is also one of the largest detached swimming pools, measuring 10m x 5m and 1.2m deep.
It also has a barbecue stove, you can enjoy a barbecue by the poolside.

10-minute walk to "Nagura Bay", a famous sunset spot

A sunset spot on the western side of the island, where the sun sets just short of the horizon.
It's a bay and there are no waves, the sunset reflected on the surface of the sea shined in gold.
You can also enjoy the view from your room but, you can Nagura bay to go with a 10-minute walk from the Villa.

The area where the villa is located is also a designated landscape area and there is little light at night to prevent wildfowl and waterbirds getting lost and coming ashore.
So, when you step out of your villa, the sky is full of stars. This sensation cannot be experienced in the city centre.

The villa is located in a quiet location where you can enjoy a relaxing Uchinatime without being disturbed by anyone, but also in the best location for sightseeing, within 30 minutes of the airport, city centre and the famous sightseeing spot Kabira Bay.

First trip to Ishigaki Island with my family! 3 nights and 4 days.
The rooms are spacious, and the pool in front of you is spacious, and it's great to swim under the blue sky when there's no one around!
At night, it felt good to swim in the pool while looking up at the stars in the sky full of stars!
You can have a BBQ outside and there are table chairs, so you can eat dinner while watching the sea and the fire sinking in the distance, which is twice as delicious!
A lot of stylish furniture in the room! Amenities, tableware, laundry detergent, BBQ sets, floats, and other items necessary for daily life are available, so there is no problem even if you have a small amount of luggage! The light of the wine glass was beautiful and shining when the light hit!
The king bed for the first time in my life is soft and comfortable! ! ! ! The bath with jacuzzi was nice too!
The sea was a clear emerald green, and the Yaeyama soba had a gentle taste and was very delicious! The fire sets much later than Tokyo, and even in the evening, the brightness of the daytime is too slow. Excellent comfort! A very beautiful room and interior It was a day where I could spend my days off relaxing and forgetting my daily life! ! Also, when I go to Ishigaki Island, I definitely want to stay here! ! !

I used it for the first time.
There were several villas with pools on Ishigaki Island, but I decided on this one because it had a large pool, was close to the sea, faced west, and seemed to be close to the airport. The room has a high ceiling and many windows, so there is a sense of openness, and that alone will increase your tension.
The pool was clean, the water temperature was just right, and there were many floats, so I was able to enjoy playing.
Also, having a barbecue by the pool while watching the sun set over Nagura Bay was a very impressive and wonderful memory. All other facilities were in place and perfect.
In a quiet residential area, it was quiet and the stars were very beautiful. If I have another chance, I will go there.

I used it when I went to Okinawa on a family trip. It is close to the downtown area of Ishigaki Island, about 15 minutes by car, and since this villa is located on a hill, you can see the ocean view of Nagura Bay. This area is designated as a scenic area, and at night you can see a full starry sky that you can never see in the city. There is also a large pool in the garden, so adults could relax while drinking champagne, and children were having a blast in the heated pool. There are many beds, and about 10 people can stay here, so I think it can be used for company trips with close family members or friends. I want to go again next summer.
